Base Rates
Deposit
A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your date. This fee is nonrefundable.
Hourly Rate
One bartender: $35.00 per hour
Two bartenders: $50.00 per hour
Two bartenders and one bar-back: $60.00 per hour
Mileage
For $0.75 per mile, BotR will travel up to 100 miles from Manhattan, Kansas. No mileage fee will be assessed for events within a 10 mile radius of MHK.
To ensure that your guests are served in a friendly and timely manner, two bartenders are required for parties of over 120. Two bartenders and one bar-back are required for parties of over 175.

Champagne prep
For $0.25 per pour BotR will prepare grab-and-go glasses for your guests, ensuring that everyone has a full glass to raise when it’s time to toast!
Shots! SHots! Shots!
At $2.00 per guest, BotR will mix and serve up to three shot recipes. Shot glasses will be provided. A detailed list of necessary ingredients will be supplied to the host.
